Impact Farms operates across central Iowa and is especially interested in farming land in the following areas: Grundy County, Hardin County, Butler County, Franklin County, Tama County, and Black Hawk County.
We have been growing through purchasing farmland and working with new landowners. We are interested in partnering with landowners and investors of various sizes to buy small or large tracts. Grundy County Iowa boasts some of the best farmland in the world. We sometimes hear about farmland for sale in Iowa before it is listed, whether in Grundy County or surrounding counties.
If you are a landowner, we offer cash rent, cash rent with bonus, 50/50 crop share, and custom work. Because of our talented manpower, fleet of semis, grain vacs, bin site and scale of machinery, the farm is looking to increase acres with the right people and opportunities. We have a number of farming practices that we currently do, such as minimum-till, conventional-till, strip-till, and no-till. We are able to work with landowners to fit their specific needs.
