Impact Farms is fortunate to have a team made up of talented and experienced individuals. The team of 20, consisting of full time and part time people, is shared between Impact Farms and Johnson Seed & Grain Services, where each person's strengths are utilized in different areas of both businesses. Our team has a broad range of experience from mechanical knowledge, agronomy, bookkeeping, marketing, planning, machine operators, and so on. The greatest compliment is how caring and professional our people are.
Our team understands and shares the same passion for having strong core values, giving back, and being good stewards of the land we farm. Our staff lives in surrounding communities near Impact Farms, which is part of why Impact Farms desires to grow to and continue farming in Black Hawk, Butler, Franklin, Hardin, Grundy, and Tama Counties to make a difference where our employees live and raise their families.
Eric's team is most complete with his two kids, Hannah and Alan, and wife, Rebecca, since 2002. They enjoy spending time together as a family, traveling, and doing mission work.
